All wedding packages include a three day rental.

Why a three day rental?

The three day rental allows you to decorate and and perform your rehearsal on the first day, celebrate your service on the second day, and return for your decorations and belongings on the third day.

The Three Day Includes


We provide amenities, limited decorations, guest houses, workers, logistical services, tents in the event of rain, and a three day rental. Our competitors require their guests to set up, get married, clean up, and haul away all on the wedding day. That's why we give a three day rental.
(Day one) The first day is for set up, decoration and the rehearsal as well as the rehearsal dinner on sight if you so choose.
If you will show us how you want your decorations set up we will do the decorating for you. That way you're not in your wedding dress trying to do arts and crafts.
(Day two) The second day is for your wedding and reception. 
(Day three) The third day is for clean up and so your vendors can reclaim their belongings. This third day is so you don't have to load up and haul away your personal effects on the day of your wedding while wearing your dress clothes.


The three day rental includes tables with table cloths and chairs for 200 guests at the reception and an additional bench seating for 200 for the ceremony.
As well as the use of the pavilion and grounds at "Camp Treetop" 
The three day rental includes the use of two guest houses. One guest house is for the bride and bridesmaids to rest and prepare, and the other is for the groom and groomsmen.
We will have a number of staff members on hand to direct parking, perform crowd control and perform ushering duties, to serve food if necessary, to clean up and haul away trash, and otherwise tend to the needs of guests.

We now include DJ services. 

Rain plan
The pavilion will comfortably seat 64 people in a 24x32 foot climate controlled glass building.
We also have 3 tents measuring 20x30 feet each. The tents can be configured in several ways to accommodate your event.
Event rental companies usually require a non-refundable deposit on tents, we do not.
In the event of rain we will erect tents as needed at a cost of $100 per tent. At that rate we are not making money we are just paying our workers to put them up.
If it doesn't rain the tents will cost you nothing. If it does the most you would have to pay is $300.00 if you decide you want all three tents.
Other rain option 
We also have a large barn.
It is not rustic by any means. In fact the barn is a very industrial looking facility. The open area underneath the barn is 2500 sq.ft.
We are an exclusive venue. Camp Treetop is 180 acres and is surrounded by an 8 foot high fence. Your guests will be the only guests on property during the time of your event, so no tourists wearing shorts in the background of your pictures.
Much of what we offer is in the form of service 

We can direct your service if you do not have a wedding planer. If you choose to have us direct know that a tip is customary.
We have a strict NO ALCOHOL POLICY.  
Before we will book you as a client we require an on sight consult. Much of what we offer has to be seen to be understood.
